Sinopse:
Esta é a história de Kang Mi Rae, uma garota oprimida por sua aparência. Mi Rae decide que quer um novo começo e faz uma cirurgia plástica para transformar seu rosto. Quando ela se torna uma estudante universitária, ela encontra Do Kyung Suk, um cara dos seus tempos de escola, que vê as pessoas pelo que elas são por dentro e não por fora; ele então acaba atraído por Kang Mi Rae. Quando Mi Rae começa a ser perseguida mais uma vez e rotulada como uma Beleza de Gangnam por fazer cirurgia plástica, Kyung Suk se torna a única pessoa que a defende. No processo, Mi Rae começa a recuperar sua confiança perdida e descobre que a verdadeira beleza não é o que está do lado de fora.
